its so hot that i had to breakdance

cant sleep because too hot even after bath.

for the past 2 weeks, it had not rained in sungei petani. the campus grass all looks like golden paddy ready to di tuai. the air is stagnant, day and night. totally no wind at all.even walking from hostel to lecture hall is soo bakar hot. therefore, evening nap in the room after practicals, is well, practically useless unless you dont mind wetting the bed (as in SWEAT). so go sports centre sweat it out is better. this week i had been doing sports and it felt good :) going into the dance room for breakdance was better cos the room is air conditioned :D but..must improve on upper body strength!! shit..cant handstand from shoulder freeze. chairfreeze can, but to to air chair..cannot!!! tulan. and windmill..momentum always lost after the dropping. tulan tulan tulan!

after reading a few food blogs, i realised that its been long long time since i had done posts on food. so nah, for a starter, Semeling (a relatively small pekan 2mins from my campus) infamous fried rice. the secret to this dish is the special powderful chilli powder, lots of it. accompanied by some seafood, its just not like other ordinary fried rice. eaten with some special sauce (i guess its vinegar+lime+sugar+chopped onions and cili padi), 1 plate is definitely not enough for eaters like me.


for 4 bucks, its abit pricey for Semeling standard. need to wait quite long for it sumore. but us baka-s still go back for more =).

did on cavity 3 restoration in sim lab today. don't know why this time, strain back -.-"
and because the cavity has to be done on the palatal aspect, need to depend on mouth mirror all the time. water spray from the air rotor keep kena-ing the mirror, need to wipe off. so irritating and stressful ah. apparently im not satisfied with my work, restoration and polishing ok, only cavity prep abit too big. argh. must practice this damn cavity till i mahir.

ok gonna bath again and force myself to sleep. tomorrow dim sum breakfast with my guy friends at 7. chow~

the sauce is called cenculup i think...
i think they put bunga kantan (lotus flower) in the fired rice thats why its nice..
you can actually put bunga kantan (in hokkien i guess...) with lampha (chili) and it tastes good...
bunga kantan is a must have when my mom cook laksa... it brings up the smell.. jus like how origano makes spaghetti and pasta nice..

the cabai for the fried rice rite. cuz they cook till its dry enough to bring up the smell.. yet the tecture is wet enough so the rice is not too dry... quite nice... they put sotong and also the 4 angle beans...
