all i have to do is eat eat eat

music music music! me sangat suka jamming.

went (free) jamming last week with yiiping and ainhur courtesy of her local sp friend for kindly letting us use his wonderful studio. later watched her pro friends jam rock songs. man they are very good! makes me wanna own an electric guitar more. my current acoustic guitar cant be used for jamming purposes :( . havent thought of what brand yet, maybe an ibanez? well its affordable what, compared to fender's.

sim lab. sometimes stressful. did on amalgam restoration at mandibular molar and i thought it was pretty easy. but when i did it on the upper premolar..stress man. tougher cos need to operate under indirect vision, that is with the assistance of dental mirror. used double spills of amalgam but still cant cover the cavity. i wonder why.my cavity isnt that deep, nor it is that really wide. maybe because i burnished each layer of amalgam too hard. but i remembered packing them hard till i used palm grip for that. whatever. anyway i tak song and i will practice on it again.

any yeh, stupid burnishing. too hard for the initial layers. no wonder. bebalnya aku. but today's amalgam restoration at maxillary molar..was good :) carving and burnishing very puas. finished fast :D

when things get so tiring and busy, nothing beats eating. for lunch, went for cheap chicken rice at pekan lama sp. this large plate of roasted chicken with char siew and rice for four costs only a mere 16 bucks. rm4 per person.

verdict - chicken big slice, although nothing really special. tastes typical chicken rice. except its slighty juicy. but very kenyang.

this is a pub/bistro in penang by the name of bagan. but in my place, bagan is a fishing village. haha -.-" . located around the upper part of gurney drive, it's place is derived from an old mansion. very nice interior. there's a live band playing jazz music. romantic and cozy place to chill out.
price? affordable. not that really expensive.

after pub, we went for supper at burma road. famous har mee/bihun. the best of har mee i've eaten in my life. the soup base is very very flavourful, not watery, the roast pork accompanying it was a perfect combination. except that it was abit too oily. at rm3.50, it's not enough for me. a 9/10.

friday, after class, went to seoul garden @ autocity with jon, jenn, kenneth, gerv, suhean, cheekhai, and wai yan for lunch. buffet for only rm17.99 student price. variety of meat from lamb to chicken and seafood were available. didnt take much pictures cos we were really hungry. it was self cook hot plate concept, but initially we (guys) were eating partially cooked meat as we were starving like mad.

this is what i ate for 2 hours. meat. just purely barbecued black pepper beef and lamb cos basically it was tasty and the most worth it. :) a bowl of soup was included and we opted for baby abalone soup. very tastyyy.

at the end i was so full i felt like i was high. bleh. i slept straight away in the car on the way back to sp...
