Today a 22year old female patient came in with a complaint of swelling on the right palate. Swelling more than 6cm in diameter over premolar to molar region. Rapid enlargement over 1 month, paraesthesia on the right infra orbital region, tinnitus at right ear. Rubbery texture. Incisional biopsy was taken. No blood aspiration.

Differential diagnosis - Adenocystic carcinoma, pleomorphic adenoma and mucoepidermoid carcinoma.

Hope it's not the first one. Prognosis would be very bad. Patient has a year or two to live at most. She's still young! :(
